Adrian Shand, the third man charged with the east bus station shooting has been remanded to Her Majesty’s prison.
Yesterday he appeared in the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court before chief magistrate Joanne Walsh.
Shand is charged with two counts of attempted murder, for being in possession of a firearm with the intent to commit a felonious act and for discharging a firearm in a public place.
As a result of the shooting incident 62 year-old Judith Wynter of New Winthorpes has been left battling for her life.
Shelton Hunte and Trevorn Francis who face similar charges were also shot during the incident on August 6. They are both on remand; having been treated and released from hospital.
Shand is represented by attorney Michael Archibald.
He is scheduled to return to court on November 13 for Committal proceedings.
