With his feet shackled, the 23 year-old man charged with the shooting deaths of Zephaniah ‘Zephy’ Joseph and Edwin James appeared before chief magistrate Joanne Walsh yesterday.
Maxmillian Roberts of Radio Range was arrested and charged last week Wednesday.
‘Zephy’ and James were shot on July 20, while they were both sitting at Zephy’s Tyre shop on All Saints road.
James was pronounced dead shortly after being shot while Joseph died on August 11 at the Mount St John Medical Centre, MSJMC.
Roberts who is being represented by attorney Sherfield Bowen has been remanded to Her Majesty’s prison until November 13; when his committal proceedings are expected to take place.
